1099 and 1098 If your account(s) require a 1099 or 1098, they are being sent directly to the address on file for that account(s). If you have not received them by January 31st, then please contact either branch of the Credit Union. New Online Banking Instructions You must re-register your account’s enrollment in our online access service to maintain access to Web Banking. To re-register, you need your account number and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.    For example, for a member account 089586, member would type in either 089586 or 89586 as the user ID, and the last four digits of the social security number of the primary owner on the account for the password.   During the re-registration process, you will personalize your access code and you must accept the disclosure regarding e-documents to continue receiving your account statements and other documents online. You will also be prompted through a security process where you will select and answer three security questions and also select a security image. ___________________________________________________________________________ Opt-In to Keep Your Overdraft Protection Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union has always strived to serve its members needs. We understand that unforeseen expenses sometimes occur, and that you may not have the funds in your credit union account to cover them. That is why you should “opt-in”. What does “opting-in” mean for you? It means that you will still have the ability to overdraw your accounts when you need to. Without “opting-in”, the funds may not be available to you anymore. Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union wants to be sure that you have the ability to access cash when you have emergencies and need it the most.  However, effective August 15, 2010, we may not be able to authorize and pay overdrafts for your ATM and everyday debit card transactions unless you ask us to.  If you would like us to continue to cover your ATM and debit card overdrafts, please review the information on the following link: What You Need to Know about Overdrafts and Overdraft Fees.
